I thought breaking the perverts phone was pretty justified given that he's over 30 years old and taking creep shots of idols, even when Yoko-chan said herself she was all sweaty from rushing over there, but then he "coincidentally" bumps into her and seemingly steals her handkerchief off the seat she dropped it on which just goes to show how shameless he is even after being caught red-handed...

yes it is a real tv show in Japan “Sekaiichi Uketai Jugyou”. it actually appears on Nippon TV... i guess this is the 2nd time that some 'real life folks' have made it into Conan. :>
